Friable pedunculated vascular skin lesions with enhancing hepatic lesions in advanced HIV

A 34-year-old man with poorly controlled HIV (CD4 count 38/mm3) presents with 3 weeks of multiple enlarging skin lesions on his trunk and upper extremities. He says the lesions “look like little mushrooms,” bleed easily with minor trauma, and have become painful. He also reports intermittent fever, malaise, and mild right upper-quadrant discomfort. Physical exam shows several large, red to violaceous, pedunculated/exophytic papules and nodules that ooze blood when lightly scraped. CT of the abdomen demonstrates multiple hypodense hepatic lesions that show enhancement with IV contrast. A punch biopsy of a representative lesion is most likely to show which of the following inflammatory infiltrates?
